To qualify for a refund:

  • You must use Vemora consistently for at least 7 days as directed.

  • If you see no improvement after 7 days, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Unopened and unused bottles may also be returned if they are sealed and in original condition.

  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

What does not qualify:

  • Refund requests due to change of mind or simply not wanting the product anymore.

  • Heavily used bottles, empty bottles, or returns requested after the 30-day window.

Returns

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered, and charges may apply.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (such as opened wellness products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
